Google Business Profile Reinstatement Services

It includes a powerful combination of content marketing, video marketing, social media engagement, and reputation management tools.

A Google Business Profile suspension can happen for a dozen different reasons—a sudden address change, a strict algorithm update, or a simple policy misunderstanding. Whatever the reason, our team at Business Solutions Marketing Group is here to fix it.

We audit your profile, correct the compliance issues, and submit a bulletproof reinstatement request directly to Google so you can get back to running your business.

How Our Reinstatement Process Works

Getting your profile back requires strict adherence to Google’s guidelines. We have streamlined this into a simple, secure process.

Step 1: Secure Your Reinstatement

To get started, submit your payment for our reinstatement service.  Note: Once payment is made, you will be emailed a link for uploading your paperwork

Step 2: Grant Us Secure Access

To fix your profile, we need manager access.

  • Manual Add: Log into your Google Business Profile settings, navigate to “Users,” and add us as a manager using our direct Agency ID: 5947121097 (use this instead of an email address).
  • Security Note: We can only see and manage the specific profiles you explicitly invite us to. Logging into our API system does not give us access to your personal Google account or any of your other business profiles.

The Information We Need From You

Google requires irrefutable proof that your business is legitimate and operating at the address listed. Before filling out our intake form, please gather the following items.

1. Basic Business Details
  • Contact Name & Email
  • Business Name (Exactly as it appears on your suspended GBP)
  • Verification Address (Or your hidden home address if you are a Service-Area Business)
  • Website & Phone Number
  • Your GBP Dashboard URL / Share Link
  • The specific reason for suspension (found in the email from Google)
  • Any recent changes you made right before the suspension (e.g., address updates, new categories, new users)
2. Suspension Screenshot

Please provide a clear, readable screenshot of the original suspension email you received from Google.

3. Official Business Evidence & Documentation

These documents are critical. They must be high-quality (not blurry or shadowed) and the name and address must exactly match the details on your Google Business Profile. You must provide a minimum of two of the following (though more is strongly recommended):

  • Business Registration / Incorporation / Business License
  • EIN / Tax Document
  • DBA / Fictitious Name Certificate
  • Certificate of Insurance
  • Voided Check or Bank Statement
  • Recent Utility Bill (Must be within the last 90 days)
4. Photographic Evidence
  • A close-up of your permanent door/entrance signage.
  • A wider photo of your signage from the street view.
  • Photos of your branded company vehicles, tools, or equipment.
5. The Verification Video (Crucial)

Google now heavily relies on video verification. Please record one continuous, unedited short video showing:

  • Your Location: Show nearby landmarks or street crossing signs to confirm where you are.
  • Your Signage: Show your business signage, branded vehicles, business cards, or merchandise.
  • Proof of Authority: Prove you work there by unlocking/locking the front door. If you are a mobile business, show yourself unlocking your branded vehicle, doing a walkaround showing the license plate, and starting the engine.
  • Operations: Clearly show your booking/scheduling software, payment systems, or tools of the trade.

What Happens Next?

Once you submit your form and documents, our team goes to work.

  1. Compliance Review: We review all submitted information against Google’s current guidelines. If anything is missing or incorrect, your dedicated account manager will notify you to provide fixes.
  2. Profile Optimization: We will update your Google Business Profile information as necessary to ensure it is 100% compliant before we submit the appeal.
  3. The Appeal: We submit your evidence directly to Google Support and manage the communication.

Please note: Depending on the severity of the suspension, we may reach out later with additional requests to ensure approval, such as removing unauthorized users, transferring primary ownership to a cleaner account, or fixing compliance issues on your actual website.
